An Interactive animation.
A shadow grows out in front of you on the floor.The shadow mirrors your movement, but it also has a distinct personality. It might also disappear, yell at you, be rude or fall in love with you.

The technical solution is using a color tracking system to locate the person and a manually moderation system to activate the animated sequences.
